A quick movie recommendation: Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day
It’s a charming, sparkling little movie. Starring Amy Adams, Frances McDormand and Lee Pace, along with Moaning Myrtle from the Harry Potter series as a scheming (grown-up) shop owner. It has a wonderful score, beautiful sets, costumes and a lovely blend of drama and screwball comedy. Not particularly long or challenging. Just perfect for a drowsy Sunday afternoon.
